About DAVIDOFF Fragrances

Zino Davodioff was born March 11, 1906 in Kiev, Russia. Due to the political turmoil which erupted in 1911 Zino and his family fled to Geneva, Switzerland. Zino's father opened a tobacco shop and showed Zino how to produce blends of tobacco. Zino eventually moved to South and Middle America where he learned more about tobacco plants. Zino returned to Switzerland in 1929 and opened his first cigar department in his father's tobacco shop. Zino said, ? Enjoying a cigar is culture, savoir-vivre.?

As the Zino Davidoff name grew he joined forces with Dr. Ernst Schneider and expanded the business and philosophy to an international level. Davidoff also expanded by launching a line of fragrances for both men and women. Some of the fragrances introduced were Silver Shadow, Echo, Coolwater, Davidoff Good Life and Zino Davidoff.
